Review top-ups, withdrawals and unused wallet funds

Administrators can inspect wallet collections, transfers and unspent top-up allocation in Reports.

Open wallet reports

Super administrators and administrators open Reports and choose a date range and payment environment. Top-ups & withdrawals shows paid top-up principal, successful withdrawals, status breakdowns and searchable transaction tables for requests created during that period.

Understand unused funds

Total unspent top-ups is a current snapshot across all recorded dates. Wallet balances may mix top-ups with rental earnings and rewards. This report allocates top-up funds first when money is spent, tracks funds moved into reservations, and restores funds when a reservation is released. Unreserved and reserved top-ups are displayed separately.

Review members

Unused funds by member can be searched and filtered between renters and vehicle owners. Frozen balances remain included in wallet liabilities. If journal history cannot reconcile to a wallet’s balances, its top-up allocation is flagged and excluded from the unspent totals.

Compare money and fees

Provider fees are separate from top-up principal. Test and live environments are displayed separately. Wallet balances are obligations to members and do not establish PayMongo settlement or the platform’s bank balance.
