Affiliate referrals and commissions

How nominated members invite new owners and earn on eligible rentals.

An administrator can nominate a renter or vehicle owner as an affiliate. Nominated members receive a dashboard bell notification and can open Affiliates from their dashboard to copy and share their referral link. New owners must register through the link to be attributed to that affiliate.

Each qualifying booking uses the affiliate rate at the time of the booking request. The rate applies to Arkilamo’s platform commission, excluding deposits and separately charged processing fees. For example, a ₱1,000 rental with a ₱200 platform commission and a 10% affiliate rate earns ₱20.

Only eligible completed live rentals earn commissions. Cash rentals qualify after cash collection and trip completion. Online and wallet rentals qualify after the trip and settlement. Affiliates cannot earn on bookings they rent themselves. Administrators record payouts after processing them and can void unpaid commissions when appropriate.
