Booking alerts, chat sounds and sound tests

Find booking alerts on Dashboard and test or mute notification sounds.

Find booking alerts

Vehicle owners see unread requests at the top of Dashboard. Renters see an alert when the owner accepts. Tap Review request or View booking to open that booking and mark the alert as read. Select Show all bookings to return to the full list.

Test or mute sounds

Open the notification bell. Choose Test booking sound for the two-note chime or Test chat sound for the shorter tone. Previews play on your device without creating a message or notification. Sound on/off controls both automatic sounds.

When sounds play

The app can play sounds for unread booking alerts, booking chat messages and Arkilamo Care replies while it is open and visible. Tap the screen or use the keyboard to enable audio after opening the app. The calendar icon bounces briefly if your device allows motion.
