Booking chat and pickup location pins

Agree on the handover location and keep trip messages in Arkilamo.

Open your conversation

Once a booking request is sent, the renter and assigned owner can open Booking chat from Bookings or from Chats. Use Earlier messages to read older replies. Use Options on an incoming message to report it.

Agree on a meeting point

In the booking chat, the owner proposes a public handover pin. The renter can accept it or suggest another. Confirm any changed pin before meeting. Check the driver, plate, vehicle condition and booking payment status at pickup.
