Accept a cash booking when your wallet needs a top-up

See the exact shortfall and fund the platform commission before the booking confirms.

Check your shortfall

Select Accept on a cash booking to see the platform commission, eligible wallet funds and wallet minimum. The required balance is the higher of the booking commission and the configured wallet minimum. The screen shows the shortfall and a suggested top-up that also meets the minimum top-up amount. Provider fees are shown separately at checkout.

Fund a pending acceptance

Accept pending top-up records a provisional acceptance for 30 minutes and opens the wallet with the amount filled in. Dates remain unreserved while funding is pending. After the provider confirms the top-up, Arkilamo rechecks approval, pickup dates and availability, reserves the commission and confirms the booking. If funding arrives after the pending acceptance expires, the top-up stays in the wallet and the owner must accept the request again.

Keep commission secured

Reserved commission funds cannot be withdrawn. If another booking takes the dates or eligibility changes, automatic confirmation stops and the request needs review. The owner can review and retry from Bookings.

View loyalty rewards

Renters and owners see a rewards prompt first on their dashboard. It shows their current points and tier, with a link to Rewards. Rewards apply under the active programme and eligible completed platform bookings.
