Set up Arkilamo email delivery

Configure authenticated SMTP and send a test to your administrator email.

Open API keys & settings, Connections, Email. Choose SMTP and enter your provider’s hostname, port, encryption mode, username, SMTP password and authorized sender address. Use the encryption and port specified by your provider. If GoDaddy provides your Professional Email powered by Titan mailbox, choose Use GoDaddy Titan SMTP settings to fill smtpout.secureserver.net, port 465 and TLS from connection start. Use the full mailbox address as the SMTP username and sender.

Save your settings and select Send test to my email. SMTP acceptance means your provider accepted the message for delivery. Check your inbox or spam folder for the test. Enable welcome and booking emails when ready. If email tests are limited, the message shows how many seconds to wait. A hostname lookup failure, an unreachable SMTP port and a timeout have separate messages.

Email tests allow three attempts per minute per administrator within the overall settings limit. If the site still uses an earlier release, activate the latest signed update before relying on the countdown. If SMTP cannot reach the saved port, confirm the hostname and ask your web host whether outbound SMTP is allowed.
