Why PayMongo opens a browser view from the Home Screen app

When you pay for a booking or top up, Arkilamo opens PayMongo Hosted Checkout. Your phone may show a browser view because checkout runs on PayMongo’s domain. The checkout result returns to Arkilamo’s payment status page.

Check the result

Open the booking or Wallet to check the confirmed status before trying to pay again. Returning from an unfinished checkout can trigger cancellation or reconciliation. If your bank shows a debit but the booking or wallet does not show the payment, contact Arkilamo Care.
