Who provides my rental?

Understand the owner, renter and platform responsibilities.

Arkilamo connects renters with vehicle owners. The vehicle rental agreement is between the renter and owner. With-driver services are supplied by the owner, who is responsible for the driver’s qualifications and lawful engagement.

Arkilamo provides separate marketplace services, including listings, account tools, messaging and enabled payment facilitation. It remains responsible for its own conduct, data processing and obligations imposed by law. A marketplace description does not waive mandatory consumer rights.
