Check availability, package and renter eligibility before accepting.

Review the requested dates, selected rental mode, recorded price and package before accepting. Keep the vehicle available for the agreed trip and resolve conflicting requests through the platform.

Acceptance is subject to current account, vehicle and renter eligibility. An expired unpaid reservation may need cancellation and a fresh request; acceptance does not mean payment was received.

Do not ask a renter to pay an unrelated bank account or continue the booking privately. Keep price changes, approvals and support records in the platform.
