Vehicle documents and required photos

Prepare matching OR/CR, current insurance and five vehicle views.

Submit the vehicle’s OR/CR and current TPL and comprehensive insurance documents through vehicle accreditation. Ensure the recorded plate number matches the registration and actual vehicle. Explain lawful ownership or authority where the registered owner differs.

Provide photographs of the front, rear, left side, right side and interior of the actual offered vehicle. Do not substitute stock photographs. Keep registration and policy expiry dates current; expired or inconsistent documents can prevent publication or booking.

TPL or an ordinary comprehensive policy is not automatic proof that paid rentals, every driver or every use is covered. Obtain written rental-use coverage where required and disclose exclusions, deductibles and limits. Platform document review does not replace insurer confirmation or a roadworthiness inspection.
