Pay securely through PayMongo

Review the checkout total and check payment status in your account.

When online payments are enabled, use the PayMongo checkout opened by your booking. Review the amount, payment method and disclosed payment-method-specific processing fee before paying. Test-mode payments do not move real money.

Where enabled and permitted, PayMongo’s pass-on fee is charged to the renter for an online rental and to the owner for a wallet top-up. It is not a single fixed fee for every method. Never send card details, passwords or one-time codes in chat.

A redirect, screenshot or wallet debit alone is not platform confirmation. Check the booking and payment attempt status; provider reconciliation determines whether money was received. If status is unclear, avoid a duplicate payment and contact signed-in support.
