Configure and test PayMongo Send Money

Set up InstaPay withdrawals separately from hosted checkout.

Configure the sending account

Open API keys & settings → Connections → PayMongo. Select the test or live environment. Enter the sending account number and name from the matching activated PayMongo Wallet, then save the secret key for that environment and enable member wallets. Arkilamo uses the sending account details for Send Money.

Test the correct service

Select Test saved Send Money to verify the sending account and supported InstaPay destinations without transferring funds. Checkout prerequisites are listed separately and apply to online payments and wallet top-ups.

Prepare recipients

If PayMongo requires registered recipients for your organization, register and verify each destination with PayMongo and allow its cooling period to pass before sending. Use Wallet reconciliation to check unresolved transfers.
