How identity documents and personal data are handled
Use protected captures and read the current privacy notice.
The Privacy Notice explains account, booking, document, messaging and location-data processing, recipients, retention and privacy requests. Use protected verification screens for IDs and selfies; never paste them into AI help.
AI document review and AI support have different purposes. Document review may receive designated captures for extraction and advisory consistency checks, subject to its notice. Support AI receives redacted general conversation text, not access to identity media or account records. Redaction reduces exposure but is not guaranteed anonymization.
When configured, uploaded documents may also be mirrored to a restricted Google Drive folder. Encrypted copies are the default; a readable mirror requires explicit administrator acknowledgement and restricted access. Local protected storage remains the primary application source.
Use the privacy contact in the current Privacy Notice to request access, correction or other applicable rights. Deletion may be subject to lawful retention and dispute holds. Do not assume deleting a chat removes every account record or provider copy.
For the optional Google Drive mirror, administrators prepare the queue, save OAuth credentials, connect the Google account, test the connection, and only then enable automatic queueing. A scheduled worker or manual batch is needed to process the queue.
