Renew expired vehicle documents

How expiry reminders and vehicle document renewal work.

The dashboard bell shows reminders up to 30 days before registration, TPL insurance or comprehensive insurance expires. It also alerts you when a document expires. Tap a vehicle reminder to open that vehicle’s verification case.

After approval, use Renew expired documents to replace only the documents that have expired. For a registration renewal, capture the updated OR. Unexpired documents and the vehicle gallery stay in place.

After capturing a registration or insurance document, Arkilamo can read a clearly printed expiry date when automated extraction is enabled. Confirm the suggested date or enter it yourself when the date could not be read. The team reviews the renewed evidence before the vehicle can receive new bookings.
