How an ArkilaMo rental works

See what the renter, vehicle owner, and ArkilaMo team do from request to return.

Get ready

The renter completes identity verification. The owner completes identity and vehicle verification, then sets the rental options and rates. The Operations team reviews submissions and explains what is missing.

Request and confirm

The renter requests a vehicle and the owner accepts or declines. For online payment, complete checkout after acceptance. For cash, the owner covers any required commission reserve. Both parties check that the booking says Confirmed before handover. If payment is unclear, check the existing attempt before paying again.

Pick up the vehicle

Agree on the pickup pin in booking chat. Inspect the vehicle together and record condition, fuel, and mileage. For cash rentals, the owner records collection after receiving payment.

Return and close

At return, the owner records the inspection and completes the trip. The renter can ask Support about disputed charges or deposits. Finance checks settlement and eligible owner earnings.

Who can help

Customer Support coordinates the case and explains the next step. Operations checks verification and trip evidence. Finance checks payments, refunds, and payouts. Contact local emergency services first if anyone is in immediate danger.
