Reset your password

Request a one-time reset link from the sign-in screen.

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? and enter the email address you use for ArkilaMo. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.

Open the link within 30 minutes and enter and confirm a new password. The link can be used once. If it expires or you request a replacement, use the latest link. After the reset, sign in again on your devices.

Password recovery requires ArkilaMo’s account email service. Contact support if the service is unavailable or you no longer have access to the email address.
