Share your phone location during a rental

Optional, temporary phone location sharing for bookings marked In Progress.

Start the trip

At pickup, the owner confirms cash received or selects Start trip for a confirmed online or wallet payment. Phone location is available while the booking is In Progress.

Share or stop sharing

From Bookings, the renter selects Share phone location, taps Start sharing, and allows the phone’s location permission. Keep the sharing screen visible. Tap Stop sharing or close the panel to stop sending updates. The owner cannot start sharing on your behalf.

View the latest location

The owner selects View phone location from the same booking. ArkilaMo displays the latest recent point and its approximate accuracy. Opening Maps passes the displayed coordinates to Google Maps. Old points disappear after 90 seconds and trip completion removes access and deletes the current point.
