Adjust a member wallet as super administrator

Record an explained addition or deduction through the wallet ledger.

Open the member wallet

Only a super administrator can select Adjust wallet from Renters or Vehicle owners. Choose the member, live or test environment, balance type and whether to add or deduct funds. The default balance is Available to withdraw for owners and Booking / commission credit for renters.

Review and confirm

Enter an amount from ₱0.01 to ₱50,000 and a reason of at least ten characters. Review the resulting balance, select Review adjustment and confirm with your administrator password. Additions create internal wallet liabilities that must be backed by platform funds.

Preserve an audit trail

Deductions cannot make the selected balance negative or remove reserved funds. If the wallet changes while the form is open, refresh its balance and review the adjustment again. The ledger and audit trail record the actor, amount, before and after balances, environment and reason.

Member visibility

Members see the adjustment in wallet activity and receive an in-app wallet notification. Manual additions are separate from provider-confirmed top-ups in analytics.
