Confirm the agreed vehicle, authorized driver, package, pickup/return arrangements, restrictions and insurance terms before the handover. Record condition, fuel and mileage and keep the agreement in the platform.

Follow the agreed use, area, mileage and driver restrictions. Report a breakdown, accident, suspected theft or safety concern promptly through the appropriate emergency and support channels. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first; AI chat is not an emergency service.

At return, document the condition and agreed charges. Preserve evidence for a dispute. Do not assume that an AI reply changes a rental agreement, confirms trip completion or releases a deposit.
