An unfinished return cancels or reconciles the attempt rather than assuming success.

Returning to Arkilamo from an unfinished PayMongo checkout triggers cancellation or reconciliation of that attempt. Check the resulting booking and payment status before paying again.

A payment can arrive late even after a cancellation request. Received funds must be reconciled and may require refund review instead of automatically confirming the booking. Do not assume that closing a browser reverses a successful payment.

Use your signed-in support inbox for a debit with no confirmation, duplicate payment or refund concern. Share relevant booking information only in protected account support; never send payment credentials. The AI assistant cannot check a transaction or issue a refund.
