When wallet actions are available

Understand wallet setup, top-up access, and withdrawal requirements.

Administrators enable member wallets in API keys & settings, Connections, PayMongo. Saving with wallets enabled prepares missing wallet tables and keeps existing balances and activity.

Verified owners can top up after checkout setup and payment readiness are complete. Top-ups can be tested without opening public bookings. Test balances do not count toward live listing eligibility.

Withdrawals require an active PayMongo Wallet ID and secret key for the selected environment. Administrators can use Test saved wallet to check access and retrieve supported InstaPay destinations without sending money.
