Top up your wallet or pay with Booking balance

Understand where your PayMongo top-up goes and how renters can apply it.

Top up through PayMongo

In Wallet, select Top up. Verified renters can top up from ₱100. Owner minimums are set under Wallet policy. PayMongo shows its payment-method fee at checkout, and Arkilamo credits the entered amount after confirmation. Test and live balances are separate.

Owner balances

Confirmed owner top-ups go to Available to withdraw. Opening Wallet moves unused historical owner top-up credit there as well. Pending earnings await trip completion and settlement. Reserved funds are held for cash commission or a withdrawal. Cash booking acceptance still requires sufficient wallet funds.

Pay for a rental

Confirmed renter top-ups and redeemed rewards go to Booking balance for rental payments. Choose Apply my wallet balance to this rental when requesting an online booking. If the balance covers the full rental, payment completes when the owner accepts. Otherwise, pay the remainder through PayMongo.
