Withdraw to a bank or e-wallet and check wallet history

Add a payout account, review the fee reserve, and track transactions.

Add a payout account

Open Wallet → Payout accounts → Add a bank or e-wallet. Choose a supported InstaPay destination, use the name on your verified profile, and confirm your password to save it.

Review the amount and fee

Select Withdraw, choose the destination, and check the maximum wallet debit. Arkilamo reserves up to ₱10 and charges the PayMongo fee up to that cap. Free transfers release the fee reserve. Failed transfers release both the transfer amount and reserve.

Check recent transactions

The table shows the last 90 days in Philippine time. Search or filter by transaction type. Use Check status on a pending withdrawal. Ask Arkilamo Care for help with older transactions.
