Find tools in your workspace

Workspace menus are grouped by task and filtered for your role.

Workspace menus are organized into Dashboard, People & verification, Vehicles & trips, Finance & rewards, Customer support, and Platform management. You see only sections and tools permitted for your account. Empty groups are hidden.

Renters and Vehicle owners are separate management modules in People & verification. Identity review is in Verification review, while vehicle accreditation is in Vehicles & trips. Owners use My vehicles for their own listings.

Ledger, Earnings, Reports and rewards appear under Finance & rewards when your role permits them. Customer inbox and Support are grouped together. Renter and owner accounts see Help & support.

Authorized administrators find Team & roles, Homepage images, API keys & settings, Launch readiness, Audit trail and Software updates in Platform management. A menu link does not grant access to a restricted operation. On small screens, swipe the grouped navigation horizontally to reach more tools.

Select the Arkilamo logo in the header or footer to open the website home page. These are standard links, so you can also open the home page in a new tab.

The full-width website footer groups public links into Explore, Help & support, and Our policies. Use these links to find cars, owner information, the Help Center, your account and the complete policy documents. Footer access does not bypass sign-in or role restrictions.

Administrators can allow Verification review for an internal staff role through Team & roles → Roles → Edit role → Allow Verification review. Administrators always have access; Operations roles retain review access by default. Other internal staff need an explicit grant. Renter and vehicle-owner roles cannot receive this permission. Reviewers must record a reason to open private evidence, and access expires after a short review session. A reviewer cannot decide their own case.

Vehicle owners do not see GPS monitoring until the platform connection and at least one of their own tracker assignments are ready. The GPS page and map API enforce the same requirement. Administrators can still configure monitoring.
